How and Where to Pay: We will provide the information so that you can wire payments to our bank or mail a check to our bank. Wiring is the normal means by which most businesses make their payments.
International Monetary Conversions: Money transferred into an American bank must be converted into the correct dollar amount agreed upon. (Fluctuating exchange rates can result in a deficit in the amount transferred.)
Invoice Schedule: We send invoices by e-mail on or near the 1st and 15th of each month. Payment Schedule: We appreciate payments to be made within the billing period as agreed upon in the agreement. Also, notification on the day that the payment was wired will be appropriate.
A typical bank transfer from the US: IWD has accounts with a leading Indian bank that in turn has accounts with Chase Manhattan Bank, New York. When a US client transfers funds from his bank, it does not get transferred directly to our bank in India. Funds first get transferred to the Indian bank account (held with Chase Manhattan, New York), and further gets transferred to our bank in Bangalore. |
