Resume Tracker allows you to create resumes for various job positions available in your company. Once applicants fill out the resume, it is stored in a database which can be searched and sorted. Individual applicants can be rated on various criteria for future reference.

The Administration Panel gives you complete control over the process. It allows you to rank candidates; search and select the person with the right skills; send mails to the selected candidates, add comments after interviewing the candidate and finally offer him/her a job via email.
Resume Tracker saves you trouble of managing the deluge of resumes that flow into your organisation. You don't waste time entering these resumes into a database. You can quickly perform a search and find out the best candidate for different type of requirements and Resume Tracker will stay with you till you finally select him/her or remove him/her.

- The software maintains a resume databank of all resumes received by email, web or hard copy. Resumes can also be keyed in manually.

- The security of information in your database is ensured by the password protected administration panel of Resume Tracker. You can restrict access to the Resume manager to a limited number of people
