Equipped with an engineering and MBA degree, Vinny Alex comes with 10 years of experience in marketing and sales, 4 of which were with WIPRO, India's premier software services company. He has also been involved in product management training, business processes analysis and management consulting.

An engineer with top academic scores and experience in customer support with Birla Technologies and General Electric. Thomas currently manages all of IWD's assets, and includes both Talent Engagement and Finance.

Ranjit comes with over 12 years of extensive international and cross cultural work experience in the field of operations. He has served in several top positions including GM (operations) at international firms before joining IWD. Currenlty, Ranjit manages the overall operations of IWD – effectively balancing client expectations, project management, team skills and team motivation

Sanat is the Technical Analyst in our Client Engagement team. He studies customer projects thoroughly evaluating and proposing requirements and project estimates. Armed with eight years of experience, he’s worked on web applications, client server applications, Oracle, SQL Server and Microsoft Technologies. He also comes loaded with a string of qualifications that add on to his expertise and value to our team – MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) and SCJP (Sun Certified Programmer for the Java Platform).

Sreepriya is an engineer, having specialized in Electronics & Communication. She joined IWD as a software engineer and has successfully become a key Project Manager. She has taken up lead roles in every area that constitutes "Development Life Cycle" of software projects. Her technical expertise is Microsoft Technologies. Sreepriya finds accomplishment in making projects succeed. Besides programming, she also handles planning and execution of projects, while ensuring stringent adherence to quality of the final release. She is also committed to sharing responsibility for meeting customer needs at every stage of product development.

Ennis currently handles project management for the technical support team. He has managed to build good relationships with our global clients, built a team from the scratch which can fix toughest of bugs and crack complicated problems in web applications. Armed with a Master's in Computer Application (MCA), Ennis is a born leader – serving in top leadership posts even in college days. Ennis is a techie to the core; enjoys people management and helping people in their overall growth.

Ponnamma started with Stylus as a HR executive and has risen to the position of Manager, Human Capital Management, in a very short span of time. She staunchly believes that people are the life blood of Stylus and hence our company's most important assets. A Post Graduate in Social Work with specialization in Human Resource Development and Personnel Management, Ponnamma currently manages the entire gamut of Human Capital Management at Stylus.
